We improved our win/loss record by alot this year and we have one more game left. Give this staff some time to coach the players they have recruited in addition to allowing them some time to build depth and increase the talent level in our program. They have, after all, shown the propensity to go out and recruit much more aggressively than the last staff. We will win a few of these recruiting battles and at least the three stars we are currently signing appear to be more explosive athletes than the three stars under the Pelini regime. And in a couple more years, if we don't improve and get blown out like this year's version of tOSU and Iowa, then we will fire this staff and go in another direction. The current head coaches at UCF and Wyoming seem to be doing well and both happen to have ties to NU. It wouldn't suprise me if they end up like Tom Herman-like candidates by then. We have options people. Iowa won today, but at least we will fire coaches for being mediocre, unlike them who give contract extensions.
