I didn't get to listen to the game. Did we come away with a good feeling about ANY of our "Johnny Bullpen" arms yesterday? I realize due to injuries, it's time for some of these young pups to grow up quickly ... which if any light shined brightly yesterday for those of you who either saw/listened to the game?

The two from who took the mound for their first career appearances (Max Schreiber and Keegan Watson) had solid first innings but not as sharp second innings and got yanked. I liked what I heard on those two.

It sounded like Mike Waldron was in line to make quite a few appearances this season regardless of the Palkert injury. He threw well.

Matt Waldron had an excellent pickoff to erase a baserunner. Despite getting beat up for 6 hits, he pitched quite well to minimize the damage (as we've come to expect).
