I know it's premature, but while Nebraska has done well so far, what else can they do to land top talent and become the bride instead of always ending up as a bridesmaid? Winning on the field is a key component to get there—I get it. I just get tired of seeing the rich get richer (OSU's of the world). Part of our problem with winning on the field is creating and maintaining talented depth. You have to win to lure them to NU; you need talent to win. It's an endless cycle. We've had good talent, some individuals outstanding. But not solid, program-changing talent throughout the team. Reload instead of rebuilding. I appreciate our guys—they're athletic guys, nice guys. But I want to get stacked. I'm tired of middle-of-the-pack or worse. I'm a diehard like most of you. Just sick of sitting in limbo. Love this coaching staff. Facilities rock. Just waiting for reassurance that Nebraska will/can be elite soon.

P.S.-please don't confuse "elite" with 90's-era Husker teams. I'm well aware that a run like that won't happen again.
