Lineman lineman lineman! I hope this staff is learning something that this Is the Big Ten and games are won in the trenches especially in November.
I also understand the argument of more physical practices could result in more injuries but I would also argue a Sam Hahn or Corey Whitaker is gonna be better prepared when called on to step up when he's already been battling that intensity in practice. banker seems to see it given his quote after the game, let's see if they learn from that game.
Can't explain how uninspired the players seemed in this game especially when the west was still up for grabs (very slim chance) and although I didn't like the play calling WRs were open often in this game and Tommy just didn't see it or couldn't hit it, so it will be fun seeing the qb battle in the spring and how it shakes out considering they say these guys can make all the throws. All that being said as much as this one hurts and doesn't feel like a 9 win season I'll remain optimistic for the future. GBR!!!
