1. Michigan State - Kind of a no-brainer even though they lose Narduzzi
2. Wisconsin - Both sides have new coaching staffs and it's in Lincoln so I don't quite buy the "Wisconsin has our number" mentality for this year's game unless last year's debacle is still in our players' heads. Their defense and running game should be very good again however.
3. BYU - Not the third toughest team on the schedule IMO but first game of the year with a completely overhauled coaching staff, we can expect some hiccups plus Hill is a play-maker.
4. @Minnesota - Well-coached team on the road. Will be tough but hopefully players are motivated for redemption.
5. @Miami - Canes offense is talented but defense looks more than shaky plus this will play more like a neutral site game than a true road game IMO.
6. @Rutgers - Think this could be an sneaky tough and ugly game, 11th game in 11 weeks.
7. Iowa - I have a hard time thinking the Hawkeyes win more than 6-7 games this year and it's at home after a bye
8. Northwestern - I think Fitzgerald is losing his magic and it's at home.
9. @Illinois
10. @Purdue
11. Southern Miss
12. South Alabama
