At some point in time you have to decide whether you are a player for the recruits services or getting played...I believe staff reached their conclusion.

I think that happened prior to his recruitment. It seemed odd that NU was still recruiting him after others backed off. Maybe we just looked into him after UCLA dropped him and decided that we didn't need another idiot in the locker room.
