It is one game. It took a good team a hail mary to beat us. Let's see how it plays out.
Negatives:
Rushing game. We looked good in 3rd quarter when we committed to running. Need to be more consistent. Feel a bit disappointed the staff did not commit to Wilbon, as I thought he was in a groove early. Hope the staff can figure out the rotation.
Pass Rush. Not sure if we will have much of a rush this year. Our secondary got burned, but had zero help up front. Need to work on some blitz packages that can get some pressure on the QB or else it will be a long season. DE is a MAJOR need in recruiting going forward.
Penalties. Felt like same ole huskers with all the penalties.
Kicking. enough said. We have a ST coach to make sure we don't lose games. He let us down today.

Adjustments. Thought the team and staff made some good adjustments at half. Love that the team didn't quit.
Turnovers. Had a couple. Fumble was a bad snap. INT was essentially a punt. Most importantly, Tommy made pretty good reads and did not have bad INTs like in the past. None are obviously the goal, but there were no terrible passes like last year.
WR's looked good to me.
Wilbon has promise.
LBs and safetys looked good.
Overall, we have a lot to work on the next two weeks until Miami. Think this was a solid test that proves we can compete. Just need to keep improving. One loss is not a disaster.
