After almost a full year on the job, how has the strength and conditioning progressed under Mark Philipp? I see him on the sideline and love his demeanor and interaction with the players but this small snapshot doesn't give a true depiction of a the S&C progress as a whole. Aside form recruiting, this is the lifeblood of sustaining a true blueblood program.
