I’ve heard that Dylan has the same passing coach as Mahomes. Not sure who he is or what his situation is, but why not throw some money at him and make him our QB coach or co-OC in charge of the padding game. Guy probably isn’t hurting for money, but I’d have to assume we can pay him more than he is making now.
Would ensure Raiola stays and give us a lot of steam on the recruiting front (“stud QB- come to play with the guy who coached up Mahomes, stud WR- come to play with a QB that was coached by the guy who coached up Mahomes”)
