I think the fact that she was 17 might make it hard to prosecute her. When you were in college at a party if a girl says she's 18 you don't think she's 17 and that she snuck in to the party to bang college fb players.

This is as disturbing as the Vanderbilt case. For completely opposite reasons.

The “football player rapist”, is an easy trope to believe, a long trodden path for outrage, indignance, and just plain silliness.

When I first read this when Ariaza was accused, then subsequently released, I pictured in my mind a similar case to the Christian Vandenberg case. Videos, multiple partners and forced depravity by the aforementioned, “football player rapists”.

This little slut needs to be held accountable, as do her attorneys.

As Gomer Pyle would say:
