It isn't cut and dried. The tax code is thousands of pages long. Trump has business interests and investments in multiple countries around the world. His taxes by neccessity are complicated. When taxes are complicated there are ALWAYS gray areas in the tax code as to how things are accounted for. The GAAP rules (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) set forth how most items are handled but where some things can be accounted for can vary.

The IRS has people qualified to evaluate Trump's taxes. You, the media and most attorneys are not qualified to comment on Donald Trump's taxes. You do understand that an audit may be nothing more than a random computer generated check. You also I'm sure understand that the IRS audits thousands of tax returns when they include foreign investments. IF you want to draw an audit red flag from the IRS, list foreign income or a foreign banking relationship.

But isn't 4 yrs. plus a long time for an IRS Audit?

Hunter has no experience in gas and financials nor does his brother Frank who got a $100 million contract to build housing in Afghanistan without any experience in construction. China and Afghanistan have treated the Biden's well for just a few favors including making China a "favored" nation. Four years with Biden at the helm will make China very happy while they they continue to change Taiwan and Hong Kong into a communist country or territory. Many swamp people have done a lot for themselves and their families, through lobbyist and bribes from other countries like China, by turning their heads on corruption and lack of humanity continue. And their is no better friend than a man like Biden to continue there rampant effort to turn the world into a communist world while ignoring human rights for their people who by the way are very good and kind. I know this because I have been there several times for business reasons.
