I think everyone agrees HCMR is a very likeable class act that represents the University extremely well. Why not move him into some administrative position in the athletic department? This way we would keep the great network of people all over the country that loves the guy. He would help with the recruitment ties to coaches and parents while helping the new coach with professional relationships. I would think that would be an easier transition while help keeping the recruiting trending up. Opinions??
