I have known since we have hired Riley this is been a horrific mistake! does the rest of the husker nation know it yet ?

I hop beyond that we need to fire I eichorst as well as he was also horrific both away handle the coaching search and ultimately who is selected. Was always a complete overreaction to Pelinis emotional outbursts and now they got caught up with image over substance!

So they hired the nicest coach in the country without any concern or understanding that he was also one of the worst.

Mr. Rogers needs to go and leave our neighborhood

The Chancellor likes both so it won't happen any time soon. Cav needs to be gone and that would solve quite a bit of problems if we can improve the O line to decent

Cav needs to go in favor of a young yet experienced and enthusiastic OL coach. Every coach must have a history of being a great recruiter if they coach at Nebraska! Langsdorf is now officially on the hot seat. I'm not ready to pull the plug on Riley or any other assistants just yet. If we totally tank with a losing season then probably. Good grief......how many years does it take to get this program back on track? I'm getting old here!

Other.

It's way, way, way too early to make any of those moves. If NU finds itself at below 3 or 4 wins, then at the end of the year; fine.

It's only game 3 and there is a lot of football to be played yet. Let the coaches put up or hang themselves. The worst thing NU fans can do is run, yet another, staff out of town.

Edit: Cav should be done either way. Riley himself said coaches must show they belong here, (not verbatim), and I've seen enough there.

Other: Let the season play out and if we hit 5 losses before a possible bowl game start making changes. Just like all of you I am disgusted, but I am willing to let them make an effort against the Big10 foes. The thing is I do not see us looking good against our next 4 opponents. If the some how win the next 2 and pull out a couple of miracles against Wisconsin and Ohio St. all we be well again... I just don't see it happening, but we have to see more before making a decision like firing our AD and Coach

Wow, you pvssies on this "safe place" board really need to venture out to the National Rivals board and see what they think of us.
You don't care right? The road to championships goes through their teams, so you should care. Maybe ShawnESean needs to study what real championship quality football is all about. It's not coming outta Ore. State.

But you won't, you'll stay here in the fishbowl and pump sunshine up each other's b-holes.

F the season playing out - it don't matter. U think they're somehow going to figure out what's not working and make it work? Getting exposed by ASU and NI is a red flag the size of Omaha. Even if they improve in some fashion, Wisconsin and the rest of the West is going to donkey stomp us.

F SE. It's on him. and it's time to let smiley go smile in retirement.

Boosters and alum need to voice their opinions. We're either going to be relevant and pay the saleries accordingly or this program is heading for a "500" team.

How could anyone be happy with riley so far -- honestly is that big of deal to yell at a ref? Honestly
