Playstation Vue users - a couple questions before cutting the cord

I think I'm ready to try out PS Vue and I'd appreciate some RSS help on the final questions. I've read a lot of info from SONY and on other sites but some answers are unclear (a couple of these topics came up on the Cord Cutters thread, but not all).

1. With live TV can you pause, rewind and manually "catch up" after you have paused? Their chat rep said no but I've also seen answers that say you can, or you can at least a little bit. And it sounds like ESPN in particular makes you either watch real-time at delay or just catch up to live without watching... Can someone clear this up?

2. Has anyone had trouble in 2017 with PS Vue thinking you changed locations (and then locking you out) because your IP address changed? I have Comcast Xfinity and can't even get a static IP unless I get business class. There are a lot of forums showing that this was an issue, but most are from 2015-16. So is this still an issue?

- On that topic, if PS Vue shows me as being in another town/zip code when I sign up (web sites usually think I'm in Arvada, but I'm in Loveland) should I leave that zip code in there hoping my IP addresses are always located there? Or is it better/steadier to fix my zip code to match my billing zip code? What has worked for you?

3. Has video quality and minimal buffering been good? I have 50 Mbps and we could foresee streaming to two consoles plus a couple computers working/browsing at once. Any other technical issues?

4. Is the DVR pretty easy to navigate? Do they highlight/tag things that are about to be deleted by the 28 day rule?

Thanks!
