If we go with the general fan consensus, SF will be the next Huskers HC. If I am UCF, I have to think strongly about moving quickly to keep our current system in place. So, I might make a current staff member HC hoping to keep all but SF in the fold.
Forgetting that this would be a further indictment on how unattractive our program is to most in the coaching profession, and assuming both coordinators stayed at UCF, what could an SF regime look like if he had a blank slate to hire anyone he wanted and could get? How much do you think we are prepared to pay for coordinators?
