Playing hard and playing smart don't take talent

Neither does playing as if you actually enjoy the game. The second half of last season, the team played hard, smart, and seemed to be having fun for the first time in years. Why has all that disappeared?

Thought the same thing and asked my buddies the same thing. No passion or effort and it's baffling.

Thank you!!! If people cannot see there is a mental problem out on the field they are not watching. We are seeing all out effort from very few players.. Just look at the difference in Spielman tonight when he was unable physically to put forth the effort he usually does. That is the same thing we are seeing from most of the team each and every play. No team can be successful if everyone is not putting forth full effort every play.. And this team only has a few players doing that. And no I am not going to name names. But it could be done!
