But I do agree with you about geologic core samples. I spent a year at the KGS analyzing core samples and the quality of my work was largely correlated to the quality of the core data. Aka old core sample profiles were not very good and hard to interpret sometimes so maybe I kinda sorta guessed at a few of them, 🤪. Newest profiles had very good data and were hard to get wrong though.Thank you Charlie.

Everything else is just localized styles
Personally I think I like Detroit style the best

I sent a sales guy to NJ and he had Ralph’s in Nutley, NJ and said it was amazing.
I like deep dish and Detroit style more so than the thin stuff.
