Photo from Today's Game: I don't think I've seen this in college baseball

He just wore it while running the bases. It was to keep his arm warm since he was also pitching. He wasn't allowed to wear it while batting but once he reached base he was permitted to put it on. The NCAA sees it as a form of protection for pitchers.

If I remember correctly...
during the Husker audio broadcast
they mentioned it was a new rule for college baseball
already accepted in the MLB for National League pitchers.

Yup... that was a really cold series.
I think my toes finally unthawed by Wednesday.
This weekend, I recommend ditching the toe warmers...
and grabbing the sun screen (always check exp date).
College of Charleston looking to rebound themselves.
Can't let them. They've lost 5 of their last 6 games
(2 to East Carolina, 2 to Kent St, and 1 to North Florida)
Now, is not the time to let the Cougars back up on their feet.
Huskers need to retrieve the "Mojo" they had going on Sunday (pun intended)
That's the team, as a fan, I want to see every time.
Score every inning.
And more than once.
To take something from the Royals... "keep the train moving!"
We are in the Rail Yard after all.
GBR!

Ok, that makes sense. Best be only for pitchers because that is kinda snowflakey
