It is getting uglier by the day. This is now being debated in court.
> Tim Bream, the head athletic trainer and assistant athletic director at PSU was the adviser for Beta Theta Pi fraternity the night of Tim Piazza's death.
> This was brought out in court by Craig Heimer (the accused frat member who purchased the alcohol)
> Tim Bream was present that night
> Bream watched the pledges leave to "run the Gauntlet"... which included binge drinking
> Bream was supposed to be supervising the Gauntlet
> Instead Bream apparently retired to his room at the frat house and slept the remainder of the night
> It was also brought out that Bream, as a precautionary idea, told frat members to delete any and all "GroupMe" messages regarding the party planning and anything regarding Tim Piazza's death.
Attorneys objected when it was questioned whether "Bream knew about the purchase of alcohol" stating it was not relevant since Bream has not been charged in the incident. Dates have not been set, but Bream will now be questioned in the court of law.
