I have seen several people mention all the penalties in the game vs Indiana and they are a little concerned. I wouldnt get too worked up about it, remember the conference commish was in the booth and at the game. So AKA the refs boss was watching them. Allot of those penalties that were called on both teams were mostly ones that they would normally not call and just let go during normal games...when their boss was not watching them in person. This is why they were likely hypersensitive with a lot of the penalty calls in the game for BOTH teams.
I mean our team clearly didnt get worse with two weeks of practice you saw that they got better.
And Indiana doesnt have the same level of athletes as OU does and we only had 5 penalties for 40 yeards vs OU...
So dont add the penalties to your weekly stress level about the team in other words. I think it will be just fine.
