Yeah, right during the Nebraska-Michigan football game. I'm sure Wichita State is just making a day trip of it and didn't want to go too late.

Maybe they are waiting until the Wisconsin game time is announced before they decide on the time for the Kansas scrimmage.

Darin never attempts to reschedule rainouts so I guess it’ll work itself out. I’ll never forget when we didn’t make the tourney his 2nd year because he didn’t bring UNK over for a makeup game.

I remember finishing 29-30 but tied for 2nd in the regular season conference standings and a great run to the championship game in the conference tournament (what a ballsy move holding DeLeon until the 4th (?) game of the tournament). I completely forgot about the lack of makeup with UNK, just remember the murderers' row of opponents to start the season like 0-7. Gave us a heckuva RPI, though, for a team with a losing record.

By the end of the year one could argue that was Erstad's best team. Still had some talent left over from the MA years and Bolt as the hitting coach. Always makes me wonder how that team would have done in a regional.

Just heard the fall ball games don’t count against your regular season schedule anymore and hasn’t for a couple years apparently. Limit is two games however.

Awesome, thanks for posting. Wasn't going to be a fan if it meant a 54 game schedule (with, like you said, the potential of playing even fewer).
