our highest offensive point total is 31. Yes Banker can be blamed for some of this mess on the defensive side of the ball. However, look at our poor offensive production against some very poor defenses. Langs should shoulder some of the blame, if not more so than Banker. I keep hearing "well next year we will have a different offense" and blah blah blah. Riley was paid to coach now. He receives a salary now. He was paid to be competitive now and not "what might be" a year or two from now. I guess you get what you pay for. The last time I looked, we were not competitive in 3 games this year, including the one today. The schedule the next two years? He better figure it out fast.

Considering the talent available to him today, I thought Langsdorf squeezed a lot of production out of his unit. It was ugly at times because of the O-line play, but he even managed to overcome that liability to some degree by using a creative mix of plays.
