If he would have been killed in a gang shooting he would be nothing but a statistic but he got shot by a cop and now he is a good boy, turning his life around.
True, but it speaks volumes that we're comparing cops to gangs.

I'm more interested in the Prosecutor that straight up lied about the kid having a gun in his hand.

Or be a 13 year old who thinks he’s tough. I’m sure your adolescence is completely void of dumb shit
Flipped one of my best friends out of my truck at 17. and he almost landed on his neck. Thought I killed him to be honest. Kinda like that?

It appears that little boy didn't know how to properly surrender. Good thing he is white, otherwise there would be riots.

Mistake one he ran from the cops, mistake two he tried to be sneaky when ditching his gun, and this is how mistake three transpired. He turned to the police in a sudden motion after just barely having a gun in his hand. Can't do that, people need to think, I know better, and everyone should know better. But some people only learn by making mistakes or from the mistakes of others.

I used to steal neighborhood cats, and chop them up. So I know how it feels to be a misunderstood youth, I see alot of myself in that shot little human.

If he wasn't trying to be sneaky, then he would be here still. You just have to have the sixth sense to know when to stop.

Being "sneaky" is not a death sentence. Neither is being in a gang. Or running from police. Or having your back turned to police. Or throwing a gun down and putting your hands up for police.

I know. It was the behavior that put police on edge.

I have been in a very similar situation, and am lucky to not be dead like the little human being discussed here. I was saved by a third party who talked the cops down.

But I would still accept had I been shot to death, I was being an asshole.

That kid just shot up a car right before the clip.
Didn’t realize the punishment for that was execution after complying the officer request to put his hands up.

So weird how the far right, small government freedom folks, loves it when the state kills brown people. It’s not hard to grasp, but the job of police is to enforce the laws and the judicial system to handle punishment.

How is Grigsby applicable to the topic at hand? Or is this the changing of the subject I’m accustomed to?

Did you grow up with him too? Did you think it was right for him to be shot and killed? Did anyone riot on his behalf?

I'm just tired of people losing their shit for someone because of their skin color, meanwhile one of my best friends is killed and nobody ever says shit about it. So forgive me when I don't give a shit when other people are shot and killed.

Not mad at you. Just tired of all the fake outrage. Tired of the bullshit. I'm sick of these dumbass humans doing dumbass shit.

He was actively firing at police and actually shot one. Textbook justified shooting. Monumental difference between Grigsby and a kid with his hands up.

I disagree. He had mental health issues, and a long history of conflict with the police. They should have approached him differently. But that's fine, let's continue to be selectively outraged.

Let's shoot everyone with a weapon to death, or even if they potentially have a weapon, why not.

Kid didn't have his hands up, he turned suddenly, and ended hands up. He could have just as easily fired 3 to the piggy pie.

Mid gun fight you want the police to check and see if the perp has mental health issues before shooting back?

And the kid definitely had his hands up.

Look at my above video, the kid ditched the gun, then quick turned to the police, that's why he got shot. Slow and steady would have been the play.

And Zach was being escorted to the cruiser to be taken in on his warrants when he decided on fvck going to jail.

I get what you are saying, but I don't think you understand what I am saying.

Yes, the still image shows hands up. But it could have just as easily been guns up, and cop shot. That's why the little human was shot.
