Our kicking game needs some work--both kickoffs and punts

For having a designated special teams coach with experience we are not as "special" in those areas as we could be. We kick off after a 15 yard penalty and they still return outside of the 20?

Who is to say it isn't by design. Minnesota had one KOR reach the 30. All others were 25 or in...
I like the KO to land at 2 or 3 and in corner...Ohio St does this and it squeezes the return lanes. When Huskers did this the first guy arrives before they get to the 15....just have to make the tackle.

Foltz averaged 43.5 on two punts...with a long of 45.

Brown is 58% on kicks over 29 yards. He was 57% last year. That is not remotely acceptable.

I have nothing bad to say about Foltz.. he's been injured too, but heck of a player.

Our field goal kicker is not good. Sure you could say we have been spoiled for the last 10-15 years, but even so, I'm glad they are trying to get a different fg kicker in for next year.
