OT: Yutan, NE...what's the lowdown on this western town?

Asking for a friend who may be moving there in the near future. I see it's in Saunders County. Is that a plus or minus? Seems like it would only take a few breast strokes to make it to Swimtown, so I suppose it's not too far in western BFE.
