Anyone having any good luck with this update?
This may be the worst software rollout I have ever seen. You can't get support because the wait times are hours unless you pay the $499 incident fee and they are not returning any calls/messages or replying to any written problem reports any more. If you are lucky enough to get in one of the multi hour wait queues, you get disconnected in 30 - 60 minutes.
Thank goodness Sony got out ahead of this and sent a message to Ultra book users not to install it because it may render your device unusable. Unfortunately that didn't help my desktop issues as the upgrade had already installed. And it won't back off as advertised. Win 8.1 looking good right now lol.
