When I was 20 I got a citation for Urinating in Public when an undercover cop caught me pissing on the side of my buddies house. I ended up getting a ticket and I paid the fine. Does anybody know if that was a misdemeanor and would it still be on my record? I never know when applying for jobs or education programs when it asks the question "have you ever been convicted of a misdemeanor" if that would apply and if I should disclose it. I would rather not disclose the situation if it's not on my record and it won't come up in a background check. Anybody know how I go about finding out if that is still on my record or have knowledge as to that charge in Lincoln, NE and if it was in fact a misdemeanor?
