OT: Trip advice, Seattle, Napa Valley, or Salt Lake City

The wife and I are heading out around memorial day for a 4 day. Just curious if anybody has any great advice on any of these 4 cities. We are booking one of them tonight or tomorrow. We were leaning more towards outdoors, low key stuff, and Napa counts as this because its wine country(my wife's excuse).
