Have any of you fine scrollers lived or worked in Philly before?
Looking at a project that would take me to Philly for about a year. Increase pay and good exposure with my consulting firm. Bigger city. Northeast. Eagles fans...
I am single. No kids. One dog.
Would work downtown, and hopefully live nearby.
My question is: Is the city trash, seems like those are the stories you hear.
Any decent neighborhoods or areas you would recommend checking out.
Rental budget is going to have to increase, I don't like to spend money but a 1br between $1,500-$2,000.
