So, while the end result was not what any Husker Fan wanted, the game experience was great! MSU fans are not Husker Fans, so there was some heckling from some fans. Fortunately, for me my MSU grad buddy unwittingly purchased tickets near a large block of NU Fans! When we arrive at our seats, he took one look, turned to me and said, "You're welcome!"
Anyway, some of you may or may not know me and my MSU buddy have a YouTube tech review channel together. We take these annual trips to MI and NE as opportunities to shoot episodes together. We decided to do a subscriber giveaway for when we hit 1K subs. To promote that during our videos we decided to shoot 6 cut-away videos.
One of those videos is the Red Pill vs Blue Pill scene from the Matrix. I thought some of you might enjoy seeing it and others of you might be angry at the job we did. Either way, I figured I would share it with everyone. Doing things like this on these trips is just an extra bonus for me and my buddy. We completely understand one of us is going to leave the stadium whenever we are actually attending an MSU vs NU game (we still travel each year but we sometimes just pick a random game since NU doesn't play MSU every year anymore) and that our friendship is bigger than football.
Life is bigger than football and sometimes as important as football seems, it pales in comparison to other things in our lives.
So, whether you enjoy this 2:30 video or not, it was one of the many things we did together in Michigan that wasn't football and we had a blast!
