Anyone ever had it? I hurt my elbow shoveling last July and over 1 year later it hurts worse than when I first did it. Ive never had anything that took more than a few months to heal. From what I've read, sounds like it could be tennis elbow. How long do you need to rest it for the pain to go away? Tks...
