OT-Soccer without alcohol in Qatar

It shouldn't be that big of a deal. In all levels of English football there is no drinking while in your seats. Concourse is obviously different but they still have areas where beer can be consumed.
I know. I just find it funny the hooligans in a very strict Muslim country with all kinds of rules. They better watch out. Britney Griner says hello from Russia. Have to respect the countries laws. No matter how strict or crazy.

I couldn't even watch drunk. That guy was spot on. For 89 min nothing happens. For 87 min absolutely nothing happens. Most boring sport ever. After golf. IMO.. Lol

Yup. I've been in places like Thailand that have medieval laws when it comes to drugs. Corrupt places like Mexico or Jamaica where they will throw you in jail to shake you down for the cash in your pockets. Americans and their sense of arrogance and entitlement don't go over well in many foreign countries. Have to follow the laws. Their country. Their laws. Their rules.

I have not been out of the country a lot, thank god, but when I have it is been to resorts and it is always the same "Yeah, don't leave the resort"

Yup. It's weird being in a beautiful 5 star resort in the middle of a 3rd world country. Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican Republic. Don't be the typical dipshit tourist wandering around town with a big sign on you that says "easy mark."
