or does anyone else go full on carnivore over cold left-over refrigerator steak?
Had a pool party last weekend. Cooked prime New York strip on the grill. Had about three steaks left over, so put them in Ziploc‘s and threw them in the fridge.
Sorry if this is uncouth, but there’s nothing better than a medium rare refrigerated steak. Pull it out of the Ziploc and just start chowing on it like Fred Flintstone... so damn good cold.
