Is it just me because we have instant news and a lot of it or is something seriously going wrong in Lincoln. Not a day goes by that I don't hear about a battery, robbery, assault and yes murder. I'll expect that from Kansas City, Chicago, Omaha, but Lincoln??? I love Lincoln, but if I lived in Lincoln I would be pissed. Today I read a 66 year old man was beaten with a bat just hanging out inside his house by an intruder. If you can't even be safe sitting inside your house then forget it. I Suspect a lot of trouble comes people's way because they're looking for it, but sitting in your own house? Lately there has been a whole lot of crap going down. What gives? Would like to get Lincoln people's version of it. Police not getting it done? Politicians not letting police get it done? I just don't get it. It's Lincoln for Christ sake.
