Go out to my lot around 12:30 today and notice there is about two truck loads of a recycled concrete aggregate that has been dumped right on the front of my property. I did not order it. There is a lot of new construction out there so my guess is they delivered to the wrong lot. To make matters worse, it looks as though the driver dumped this during this mornings rain and caused significant tire ruts in my land as well as tearing up the edge of the asphalt street as they pulled in parallel.
Now my question, what measures do I need to take and who do I need to contact to ensure I don't get blamed with the street damage, find out who this load was really supposed to go to, and what dumb ass driver tore everything up?
Just trying to protect myself from any loss on my end for someone else's mistake.
Thank you scrollers.
