Anyone used them locally on the sale side? Just curious about the experience. Reviews pretty mixed across the board nationwide...
As info, I am currently contracted with an agent, but out agreement expires in a month; I'm just exploring all options. If I'm going to lower the price, I'm questioning whether or not to just cut bait on the sale side with an aggressive price.
