Has anyone else ever been to Rapid City"s Summer Nights? I went a couple years ago and it was a lot of fun. I think this would be great for the Haymarket if they don't do something like it already...If you don't what it is, it's basically a block party only bigger and it's every Thursday night during the summer. They have 4-5 bands spread out downtown, food and beer vendors (you get a beer bracelet with your ID and can purchase beer tickets), lots of outdoor seating at the restaurants and bars too. I think Haymarket would be perfect for this and would bring lots of business during the no sport weekends. You can youtube Rapid City Summer Nights to get an idea.
