I work remotely (we're HQ'd in Atlanta), but a co-worker was kind enough to provide me with Cliff Notes on the lecture:
Urine splatter all over the bathroom floors has become a problem.
This results in unsightly piss footprints.
Said that we'll be needing gumboots to walk in the bathroom.
Per our CEO, it isn't that difficult to aim your dick at a urinal and not get piss on the floor.
The janitor had to clean up five times in one day last week, when usually twice a day is required.
As well, twice in the past two months, someone took a dump in the upper bowl, delivering an unpleasant "surprise" for the next person who used that toilet (I happened to be in ATL both days that this happened, but thankfully no one connected the dots).
