OT: Oregon State and history

I read about this today and mentioned it in another thread on RSS, but isn't it crazy they're seriously knocking on the door of the best every winning percentage in college baseball?

1972 Arizona State went 64-6 for a .914 winning percentage.

Currently Oregon State is 42-4 for a .913 winning percentage.

Basically, they can lose one more game, so they'll need to win the CWS and only lose one along the way. It would be tough, but crazy if they can do it.

Pretty special season for sure.

They just lead the NCAA in ERA (1.90) WHIP (0.99) and Hits Allowed per Game (6.24) and tied for first in shutouts (10)

I suppose good pitching is nice to have.
