Sure as hell would not want to be an airline employee right now. Passengers now feel empowered to resist airline crew instructions with cameras rolling.
The video did not show what led up to the incident, but as somebody who has traveled with small children, I have never rolled a stroller onto a plane. You always roll it down the jetway and check it at the aircraft door. That's why you board before everybody else. I don't even know how you would roll a stroller down an aisle in a plane. My guess is for some reason this woman insisted on carrying it onto the plane, the attendant told her no, it escalated, he tried to remove the stroller, and this was the result. Once again, probably could have been handled better, but with passengers now in apparent open rebellion, flight attendants are probably ready to snap.
