I have a buddy, married but no kids, who is looking at taking a job in Omaha. He is pretty interested in living in the Old Market to begin with. How is the environment down there these days? Is it still a popular place to live? If so, what buildings would you recommend and why?
Also, he's wondering if he does live in the Old Market, should he buy or rent? If he buys but decides to move, could he rent (or sell) the place relatively easily? In short, what's the property market like down there?
