I know, I know it sounds like an STD or some damn thing but man this is no joke! The joint right behind my big toe is crazy painful and after a webMD search I really think it is gout. It seems to be a build up of acid in the joints, but people who have dealt with this what are the ways you can help with this? I am 45 years young and thought this was something in "older" people but apparently not! Any help and secret remedies would be VERY appreciative!
