Just curious about home pricing..I am looking into buying a new construction home. I live in central Wyoming and the development area I'm looking at has homes starting around $330,00 and up to $650,000. It is a nice area but nothing exclusive or fancy accept on the far end near the country club. Most of the homes have 3 car garages and start around 2500 sq. ft. The lot I'm looking at is 8,100 sq. ft. and is priced at $75,000. The 2700 sq. ft. home (1900 finished) would bring the price to $330,000 and with upgrades I'm looking at around $350,000 (granite countertops, hardwood, better landscaping, tiled bathrooms, extra concrete, etc).The bigger lots on the high end are around $150,000-$200,000...is this high-low-average around the region?? Just curious.
