I ate at Desperados in Dallas for lunch today. Had the beef fajita taco and tortilla soup. Freaking awesome!

I forgot the sopapillas!

My cats and I are getting ready to open some tuna. We like the same thing for lunch, so I always have company at lunch.

Just made an old standby. Had left-over Yum-Yums w/Sparkys. For those of you that don't know what Yum Yums are. It's cooked and ground up hamburger simmered with chicken gumbo and a little brown spicy mustard. I added a little Sparkys to kick it up. Kinda like a Made-Rite with a kick.

The honey is a product of Seattle bees, the beef is horse driven from Montana and the cinnamon is sourced from North Dakota.
