The first baseman for PA is an absolute beast, kid looks 15 and can flat out hit! I loved the make up of the Texas Pitcher, kid was bringing it as high as 77 MPH (MLB equiv is 100), kept his composure knowing full well PA was loaded with hitters while his team had minimal offensive weapons. I don't know if anyone saw it but the kid calmly told his 2nd baseman after a big error, no worries, I got this, a run scored on the pop up drop, loved the way the kid handled it.
I do know this after coaching travel ball for many years.....LL needs to move the infield dimensions to the 11-12U travel ball of 50/70, 46 feet is absolutely crazy with how hard these kids throw plus the 60ft bases are way too small, wonder what other idea people might have?
