OT: Laramie, WY; Stuff to Do

Any recommendations in Laramie? I'll be there all week for work (University of Wyoming work and yes I'll be wearing Husker stuff this week), staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, next to the University of Wyoming campus. Looking for good eats or stuff to do in the area. Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks!
