Just read an article talking about his potential return to the Angels and at the end it mentions that they may yet look at trading him. Would you want your team to take the risk on him?
As a Yankees fan I say yes. I have been a big fan of Hamilton and his story and think he has worked too hard to not get another chance after his slip up. I think he still has plenty of talent, and although he may not be able to live up to his huge contract in the next few years as he gets up in age, I think the Yankees have shown often enough that they really don't care if the have to pay a player a little bit more to get solid production out of him.
