OT: Jakes Cigar Bar

I am coming into Lincoln to visit my family sometime next month. One of my favorite places to go is Jakes Cigar bar to have a cigar and a good glass of Bourbon. I know there was some stupid law that made them stop indoor smoking there but my sister tells me she thinks that Jakes has been granted an exemption. Anyone on here know if that is true?

Should be good to go. The State Supreme Court struck down the original exemption, but the legislature passed a bill with an emergency clause in February to allow the Cigar Bar exclusion to continue.
