My wife inherited nearly 20 acres NE of Albuquerque on the east side of the Sandia Mountains in area called Sandia Park. There are places on it with incredible 270 degree views down into valleys and across on to mountains. There's a single ranch house built on a slab with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The house is not fancy, its functional.
The local real estate market seems to want to buy it at $220K.
I think the right buyer would pay another $100K but don't have any good ideas on how to get effective real estate marketing into places like Denver, DFW, OKC, and of course California.
Does anyone have any experience with trying to nationalize a real estate sale?
