Headed home out of Omaha today. Son didn't feel well...just short of Galesburg, IL he starts vomiting...with blood in it.
Needless to say, spent the evening in the ER in Galesburg. Severe strep that made his throat so raw it bled.
Thanks to an all night Walgreens, we now have meds and will head the rest of the way tomorrow.
Good thing is, we are in a holiday Inn express and I'll be a doctor by morning, so no more worries.
